Opening hours:
We are available from March until Oktober, from 09:00 - 13:00 hours and 15:00 - 18:00 hours. Arrival is possible until 22:00 hours.
November, 1st - March, 1st: Please call the number on the reception door.
DIRECTIONS
It is very easy to get to our camp site for any kind of camping car:
Arriving from North you take the „Berliner Ring A 10“ exit at „Werder“ or „Glindow“, then take the „Bundesstraße 1“ in direction „Potsdam“ until „Ortsmitte Geltow“, continue to direction „Caputh“.
From South direction take the „A10“, exit „Michendorf“ in direction „Potsdam“, continue to direction „Caputh“.
Public transportation:
You’ll find your perfect train & bus connection on the „Deutsche Bahn“ website. Your final destination is „Caputh-Geltow“, from here our camping is just 10 minutes walking distance.
The boats of the „Weißen Flotte“ stop in Caputh. You than cross the lake with the ferry or take the bridge. You can find the schedules here.
Rules & Policies
First and foremost, we would like to welcome everyone to our camp site ‘Himmelreich’. We – that is the owner Roger Groß and his two sons Maximilian and William, as well as the employees – will do our best to ensure that your stay with us will be as pleasant as possible.
Though, you, too, can contribute to our efforts by following our rules and policies:
Arrival and Departure

Every visitor needs to check-in at the reception.

The earliest time of arrival possible is between 11:30 and 13:00. The regular time of arrival is between
15:00 and 22:00.

The departure should take place by 11:00.

Should a departure be delayed without permission we reserve the right to charge for an extra night. Quiet times
-
13:00 - 15:00 hours and 22:00 - 07:00 hours

Driving across the camping site with motorized vehicles during quiet times is not allowed.

The entrance barriers remain closed during rest periods without exception.

It is prohibited to set up tents and caravans or motor homes with awnings.

Failure to comply with the rest periods will result in a fine of €20,00 Site

On the whole premises only walking speed is permitted!

All visitors are shown to their site. Changing your spot without permission is not allowed.

All cars and trailers are to be parked at the parking lot. We reserve the right to make exceptions in very
rare cases.

Please appreciate the nature around you and do not dig trenches on your site.

We ask you to keep your site and its surroundings neat. When leaving the camping site, it should look as
you found it.
Supervision
-
The legal responsibility look after the children lies solely with the adults traveling with them or their legal guardian. Parents are held liable for their children.

Parents need to accompany the younger children to the bath- and washrooms.

Playing on the streets of the campsite is forbidden. Children may use the playground for any play, ball
game etc. that they wish to engage in.

There is not watch on the beach. Children can’t swim there without supervision.

Children may only step on the landings, if they are accompanied by adults who have a boot there. The only
exception are teenagers of age 16 and older, who have arrived by boot, alone.

Cats and dogs must be kept on leads. Please pick up after them. Waste and grey water

The waste is to be sorted and packed into waste bags. Trash cans/containers can be found at the garbage
disposal station next to the main wash house.

Grey water must not be let to seep away on the ground. The facilities to empty gray water tanks and chemical toilets can be found next to the main wash house.
Legal issues

We are a recreational area situated in a landscape protection area. The municipally Schwielowsee is also a health resort. Therefore, operating a barbecue or making open fire is strictly prohibited.

We, the owners of the camping site and the municipal authorities, cannot be held liable for lost objects, damaged property, any type of injury or accidents

The owner and authorized personal are, at any time, entitled to exercise their domiciliary right. This means they could deny entry or ask a guest to leave without refund if it is within the interest of other guest or if one were to violate the rules and policies.
